Their work is not limited to technical support: it starts from attentive listening to needs, decoding difficulties and accompanying people toward autonomous use of digital tools. In this sense, social mediation is integrated with digital facilitation, transforming the counter into a point of orientation and prevention of marginality.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most frequent requests are for online health reservations, school enrollment, digital identity management (SPID, CIE ID, IO app), renewal of documents and travel documents, consultation of Questura and Prefecture portals, through to tax paperwork and filling out CVs.
