Here, practical aspects such as employment contracts, skills required by companies, use of the Italian language in professional settings, and direct encounters with managers and recruiters are addressed. This is complemented by intensive courses in Italian for the world of work, which strengthen the chances of job placement.  <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ef13c9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4ef13c9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46838c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46838c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Refugee students at the center<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Student protagonism is at the heart of the project:<\/strong> one of them has been involved as a tutor, becoming a reference point for peers and helping to build a network of mutual help. It is a concrete example of how   <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating the Future<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is not only an advocacy program, but also a <strong>workshop for empowerment<\/strong> and participation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every year <strong>at least twenty-five refugee students<\/strong> enter this pathway. For some it means arriving at the end of the university cycle and facing with more confidence <g id=\"gid_1\">the entry into the world of work;<\/g> for others it means taking their first steps inside a university, overcoming bureaucratic, economic and social obstacles.
