To date there are refugees, immigrants and Italian, or people who, in various capacities and with different human and professional skills, work in this sector or are interested in it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Association, inspired by the principles of social solidarity, is committed to these goals:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supporting refugees in their path to integration and inclusion in local society, in collaboration with other entities in the area engaged in this area;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promotion of refugee rights through an information space that assists the actions already taken by institutions and provides an additional point of reference in the area;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dissemination of knowledge and timely information on the issue of forced migration, through moments of meeting, awareness and in-depth study of global citizenship also in collaboration with other organizations and institutions with expertise in the field;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoting and organizing the annual World Refugee Day on June 20 so that it becomes a focal point for discussion and insight into the issue of asylum in Turin.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mosaicorefugees.org\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/mosaicorefugees.org\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <b> Objective of the call<\/b><b><br\/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mosaic-Actions for Refugees is seeking a communications agency to support the association in developing and implementing its institutional and project communications strategy, with a focus on promoting our activities and engaging the community.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selected agency will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated communication strategy for the association and its projects, ensuring consistency and visibility across all channels. Activities required include: <\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>Definition and implementation of a communication strategy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to promote the association and its projects, with a focus on targeted content consistent with the objectives of each project.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Creation of multichannel content<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, adapted to different communication tools (website, social media, newsletters, promotional materials, videos), with a focus on promoting active projects.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Operational support in managing the association&#8217;s social channels<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the association, including content publishing, community interaction and performance analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Production of graphic materials<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the activities of the association and its projects (e.g., posters, flyers, infographics), ensuring a coordinated visual identity.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Graphic restyling of Mosaico&#8217;s website.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with an updated design that is functional and in line with the association&#8217;s identity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specifically, communication activities will be developed in general and with reference to individual projects, with a dedicated budget for each project. To this end, a bid is requested detailing the costs of individual activities, as follows: <\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Writing Press Release<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Single post production for social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for both visual and copy and its publication<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Single VIDEO post production for social and its publication<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Production of content (news) for website and its publication<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Web site maintenance and new page creation (annual cost and cost per page)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitoring and moderation of social channels (annual cost)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quarterly analysis of social channel and website reports (content, audience, streams, sentiment, etc.) and strategic directions on their use (annual cost)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graphic concept development for visual uniformity of Mosaico&#8217;s communication, including graphic restyling of website<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website development on WordPress platform taking up the general graphic concept (Home + 6 sections of 5 pages each)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setting up newsletters on web platform (voxmail, mailchimp or other similar ones)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating newsletters of about 6 articles (cost per mailing)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flyer graphic design (excluding printing costs)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poster graphic design (excluding printing costs)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graphic design of postcards (excluding printing costs)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realization other possible materials (suggestions and proposals) in print (excluding printing costs)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Production of video reportage of an event (filming, interviews and editing) lasting 3 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>  Duration and timing<\/b><b><br\/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contract will be for 12 months, with the possibility of renewal. Activities are to begin in May 2025 and follow a plan agreed with the association. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <b> Requirements.<\/b><b><br\/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The candidate agency will need to demonstrate:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven experience in third sector communications.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skills in devising and implementing multichannel communication strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to independently manage social channels and digital platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creativity and attention to consistency with the association&#8217;s values and mission.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>  Modalities of participation<\/b><b><br\/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interested agencies are invited to send their applications by April 27, 2025 to mosaico@mosaicorefugees.org.
