{"id":4644,"date":"2026-05-19T12:05:46","date_gmt":"2026-05-19T10:05:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mosaicorefugees.org\/call-for-selection-of-experts-in-project-administration-and-reporting\/"},"modified":"2026-05-19T12:25:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-19T10:25:44","slug":"call-for-selection-of-experts-in-project-administration-and-reporting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mosaicorefugees.org\/en\/call-for-selection-of-experts-in-project-administration-and-reporting\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Selection of Expert(s) in Project Administration and Reporting."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>APS Mosaico &#8211; Azioni per i Rifugiati seeks a <strong>Project Administration and Reporting<\/strong> Expert to join its team, with the objective of supporting the administrative management, accounting and reporting of projects funded by public and private entities.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The selected person will join a dynamic environment committed to the promotion of rights, social inclusion and support for refugee and migrant people.  <\/p>\n\n<p>We are looking for a competent and motivated figure who is interested in putting his or her professional skills at the service of a locally active, social impact-oriented organization.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The Association offers a collaborative working environment, attentive to the enhancement of skills, with the opportunity to contribute concretely to the development and sustainability of social projects.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Main activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative and accounting management of the Association&#8217;s projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring of expenditures and preparation of administrative documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Economic and financial reporting of projects funded by public and private entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Archiving and organization of project documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with the project team and involved Italian and international partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Professional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least three years&#8217; experience in accounting and reporting related to national and international public and private calls in the nonprofit sector<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in the use of major basic software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of the English language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Personal requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for the social sector and the Association&#8217;s activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to provide a continuous presence at the Turin office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Type of collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The placement will be on a part-time contract of 32 hours per week, regulated by the CCNL Cooperative Sociale. An initial 12-month fixed-term contract is envisaged, with the possibility of renewal and subsequent transformation to permanent status on the basis of positive evaluation of the collaboration and career path. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Place of work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Turin.
