{"id":4801,"date":"2026-05-20T23:03:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T21:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mosaicorefugees.org\/public-notice-regarding-the-award-of-a-contract-for-the-provision-of-professional-services\/"},"modified":"2026-06-17T23:10:00","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T21:10:00","slug":"public-notice-regarding-the-award-of-a-contract-for-the-provision-of-professional-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mosaicorefugees.org\/en\/public-notice-regarding-the-award-of-a-contract-for-the-provision-of-professional-services\/","title":{"rendered":"PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>AbitaTO Project \u2013 PROG &#8211; 461 &#8211; Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund 2021\u20132027<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Art. 1 \u2013 Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>As part of the <strong>AbitaTO \u2013 PROG &#8211; 461<\/strong> project, funded by the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2021\u20132027 \u2013 Specific Objective OS1 \u2013 Asylum, led by the City of Turin, Mosaico \u2013 Azioni per i Rifugiati, as a project partner, intends to select an external professional to fill the position of:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Career Guidance Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This procedure is being implemented in accordance with the principles of transparency, impartiality, public disclosure, equal treatment, and non-discrimination, as well as in accordance with the Manual of Eligibility and Expense Reporting Rules for the AMIF 2021\u20132027.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Art. 2 \u2013 Scope of the Assignment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The selected professional will work within the scope of the activity described in the relevant WP2 section titled \u201cStrengthening Local Services\u201d of the AbitaTO project.<\/p>\n\n<p>The assignment involves the following activities on behalf of third-country nationals who are beneficiaries of international protection;<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>assistance in drafting and updating a resume;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>individual career counseling, skills assessment, and the development of personalized professional development plans;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support for active job search;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordination with local services and employment agencies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collaboration in the preparation and updating of Individual Plans for Socio-Economic Integration (PIISE);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of periodic reports on activities carried out on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Art. 3 \u2013 Term of Office<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The assignment will run from July 2026 to December 2027, unless the project is completed earlier or later than scheduled.<\/p>\n\n<p>The activities must be completed by the project deadline.<\/p>\n\n<p>Art. 4 \u2013 Compensation and Payment Terms<\/p>\n\n<p>The total gross compensation is \u20ac10,000.00. The assignment will be carried out on a freelance basis by a VAT-registered individual. Payment will be made upon:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>invoice submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of Activity Reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>validation by the project coordinator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verification of consistency with AMIF reportable activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Art. 5 \u2013 Eligibility Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Candidates who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Required qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 5 years of documented experience in career counseling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>experience working with third-country nationals or beneficiaries of international protection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>knowledge of the local area and the City of Turin\u2019s employment services:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>possession of a valid VAT number;<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Preferred qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>experience with AMIF projects or projects funded by European funds;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intercultural skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in at least one foreign language at an advanced level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Art. 6 \u2013 Evaluation Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The selection will be based on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevant professional experience (max 30 points)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in projects targeting migrants (max 30 points)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with funded projects (max 10 points)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interview Results (max 30 points)<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Art. 7 \u2013 Procedures for Submitting Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Applications must be received no later than June 25, 2026, at the following email address: <a>mosaico@mosaicorefugees.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>The application must include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Updated and signed resume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Declaration of Compliance with the Specified Requirements and Details of the Active VAT Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR) (to be included in the resume or in the body of the application email, by means of a specific statement)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Art. 8 \u2013 Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The assignment will be granted by means of a letter of engagement for professional services.
