If you are looking for practical information, you can turn to Mosaico’s social mediation desks. Here you will find guidance and accompaniment for issues related to documents, paperwork, institutional services, health, work and study. In our spaces you can talk to mediators who are familiar with asylum pathways and who will help you understand how to access services in the city.
